I have always received great service from this location. Nicole is the most recent Stylist to cut my hair. She does a excellent job and I don’t mind the wait in order to get good service and great results.

I attempted to use your on-line check-in today with extremely frustrating results. Your check-in procedure assigns the CURRENT time at sign on and then gives you 30 minutes to arrive at the shop. Obviously, no one did a traffic flow analysis for this location. Battlefield Parkway is an extremely busy highway with a high school and an elementary school within three miles of the location. Since it takes me 40 minutes to drive from my house to the store location, your 30 minute time limit is a JOKE! ADD seasonal (i.e.Christmas) traffic and your time limit will never work as written. After trying twice to schedule a check-in and wasting a phone call to the shop to try to explain my problem - the answer I received was that there were no exceptions to the 30 minute limit since you did not take appointments. If this is your policy, why do you have an on-line check-in. It is foolish. I personally have been waiting in the shop when your employees allowed customers to come in sign in and say they would be back in an hour. Please remove me from you contact lists. I think I will be able to find a place for a haircut appointment that is not content to play games. George T Adams gta0046@yahoo.com
